Parliament

At the start of the month I was at Parliament with the Lancaster University Volunteering Unit, who took a group of students to meet Jack Straw. It was a great experience photographing in the Houses of Parliament, as well as capturing the looks on the students' faces who couldn't believe they were there. I spent a couple of days with them in London, photographing the event, on what were the hottest days of the year so far, which wasn't too pleasant! We also went to various tourist attractions with the students including The London Eye and Big Ben which offered nice opportunities to capture some of the students' excitement...

Comments from the client: 'I wanted to send you an email on behalf of myself and LUVU to say thank you for joining us in London and taking photos over the 2 days. They are great!! We really appreciate all the work that you put into getting them on the website and getting them sent over so quickly. They are all brilliant and I'm sure that we will use them for many different things; especially to show prospective students that we may work with to let them see how much fun they could have on the project! I think that we were all so caught up in the days that when we looked back over the photos you took it really sunk in how much everybody had done and how much we all gained from the trip.'
