About 6 months ago, I was very pleased and privileged to be asked by Leicester Cathedral to be their official photographer for this week. And what a week it is proving to be - lots of hard work, long days, a lot of hired camera kit (thank you Flash Centre!), loads of pictures, coffee and a real buzz. We've been planning for months, and on Sunday, the Service of Compline for the Reception of the Remains of King Richard III finally took place. It was a fantastic event to be present at and one that will stay with me for some time. It wasn't really a funeral, it wasn't a party, but it was a huge bit of history and I was thrilled to be there.

It was great to pick up some of Monday's Nationals and see a few of my images, so so far, so good! Here's to the next few days. It's obviously going to be a bit busy so check out twitter for the latest.
